Hi! I’m Lyndall MacInnes.

(and I apologise in advance that I’ll more than likely remember your dog’s name before yours).

I’ve been photographing dogs for more than ten years - everything from client photography to rescue to puppy preschool to my own passion projects. Big, small, fluffy, wrinkly, energetic, sleepy, cheeky or serious, every dog is the best dog. I love finding creative and colourful ways to tell their story and show off their unique personality.

One of my own dogs has very big feelings about almost everything in the world, and I’ve developed a real passion for canine behavioural science while helping her to live her best life. I am deeply committed to the happiness and wellbeing of every dog I meet, so my photography style, energy and set up is always guided by their body language and cues.

Having previously volunteered as a photographer for Labrador Resuce, Monika’s Doggie Rescue, Staffy Rescue and Pound Cats, I currently volunteer in the Early Puppy Development program at Guide Dogs NSW/ACT.
