Humongous ears, frinkles and a double leg sploot to boot? Yep, Dutchess is definitely a basset hound!!
Dutchess, or Dutchee as she usually goes by, was only nine months old at the time of our session. Everyone always thinks that basset hounds are much older than they are because of their big ears and wise looking faces! But Dutchee is still just a baby 🙂
In her spare time, Dutchee enjoys a spot of tree climbing…
…snoozing…
…getting pats…
…being silly…
…but most of all, as all basset hounds specialise in, flapping those big long ears in the breeze!
Dutchee has life pretty good.
We went over to the local reserve to have a bit of a play in the open space. Dutchee took the opportunity to pose dramatically against the trees. I just love all these wrinkles…
…and that snaggle tooth….
…and of course those crazy ears!
We had so much fun exploring the local park (including Dutchee’s cheeky visit to the neighbour’s front yard!) for her session…but there’s no place like home.
